I think they stopped deleting inactive accounts as the number of accounts increased because it took to long and as we know they got to lazy :P Plus introducing new skills takes time.

Well for price and damage id go steel or iron arrows. These do more damage and because u can pick them up it doesnt cost much. Also these break alot less than bronze.

Yes using a kinfe with wood. Oaks are 30-40 ea or just cut them then fletch and repeat.

1m could get you to like 60 fletch. Buy or cut oaks and just fletch oak longs/shorts till 25.

If your going to barrows prayer has to be 43 minimum and thats minimum. Either way you will have to bring pray pots but yer over 43.

Im currently level 47 mage but have enough runes to get to 60. Where should i train for efficency but also getting fairly good drops. Ive got 60 hitpoints aswell and 43 prayer.

Well id go to edgeville dungeon and kill thugs. As they are agressive and are only level 10 so they ahve low defence you get alot of experience quickly. ALso they do drop level 1 clue scrolls quite alot which can help your bank balance increase :mrgreen:
