Black cats are good luck, just so long as they dont cross your path. It looks quite cute but it seems very bluury on the edges. Its not been blended well. Maybe you could have done some actual manipulation of the picture too. made the eyes brighter and shiney or something. basicly work on it so it doesnt just look like a cut and pasted picture slapped on a simple abstract.

Can you make the font a bit smaller please Atticux, its still a bit big.

you can have those i gif also??? o well, i guess its just a preference thing GIF and PNG transparency is much different. GIF and PNG-8 transparency is only on/off. As in you cant use anti-aliasing or you get a "halo" around the text or image.
