The underground we are not afraid thing is a sign. its not supposed to have been sprayed on the wall so the brick shouldnt be showing through. Ill have a play with the text graffiti tho.

Touched up the #darkwebz text a little and added a few paint drips. Things to improve on... Make the darkwebz text less blurry. Bit too much i think atm Grime up the underground sign, they don't normally get cleaned very often lol Prehaps add an advert in the background thats been sprayed over

I cant remember if i mentioned it to you on irc but the text does need shadows. Looks amazing tho. Very impressed, theres not many pixel sigs atm that are better than this :D Also tho, I dont know what the road system is like in Holland but shouldnt the middle line of the road have gaps in it?

Ive always used Photoshop mainly. For a long time I had to make do with Photoshop 5 LE that I got years ago but finally this year i managed to afford to get Photoshop CS through work. :D I also use Flash4 for vector based work as I don't have any other drawing packages really Paint is also a great program for quick and easy usage :D

Thanks for the comments Chris. I lightened up parts of the wall and changed the contrast a bit to make it look more like the actual tube walls. I also made part of the wall dirty and uncleaned. I changed the colours of the "Mercifull" and the font of the "#dwm" I also drew the underground logo this time instead of manipulating an image of one. I think it looks a lot better and no1 can say i ripped it then either :D Old version New version (points down)

Thats the thing with photo manipulation, you take photos and manipulate them. If i drew the brick in the background and the darwin fish then it would be pixel and not the style of sig i was attempting to achieve. Yeah I tried to get it to look like how the Underground walls are like. Kinda dirty cream walls. You can see what they look like in this image. I tried to manipulate the wall quite a bit. Warped it a bit flatter and significantly changed the colours. Could do with darkening the grout tho. What do you think? What makes it not look like a wall? Thats why i posted this. I want tips on how to make it better. Saying its hard to read doesnt help. How is it hard to read? What bits are bad? What bits are good? Colour choice? etc... I would really apreciate proper comments on this post. I very rarely post any of my work and i certainly don't do it to show off I only posted ot get comments on how to improve.
