You dont get more xp at altars over ecto. It's just easier to use altars over ecto. Thus faster xp.

If you check your stats it raises those. Which means your are more lilely to hit or damage something. Or resist a hit. A def ammy gives +7 def bonus

For stats wise, melee barrows are better than dragon armor. God armors have the EXACT same stats as rune. As far as wearing them, people like to show off as in look at what I bought or hey I follow this god, etc.

You could kill Hellhounds in Taverly dungeon. High agility could allow for shortcut. For me I either break up long assignments with 150+ monsters. To ease monotony. I use guthans and cannon for MUCH faster and easier trips. Allows to bring less food and thus more loot gained ! BTW , the new Lumby Telly is a GOD-SEND ! Thank You Jagex !

Its sad that all those tokens goto waste post quest. I once saw 1k tokens in a gen store. Sad, truely. I think there should be a store in Port Phasmatys that sells unique items(s) that you could only purchase with tokens. That way they have a use other than red dots on the screen.
