Hello fellow tif'ers, welcome to my 'Rate Me' thread. I enjoyed watching other's people thread and I thought I couldn't stay behind. Especially for this thread I cleaned up my bank, for the first time in 3 years that I play rs. I've started playing RS about 3 years ago on my previous character, Tijger2099. Exactly 1 year and 14 days ago I got bored on Tijger2099 and stood on the edge of quitting, however I was able to get motivation to start a so called "pure". This became my current account, namely Owned_4ever2. I started as a pure and only concentrated on combat stats. I pc'ed alot, but I also trained alot on monsters, and not to forget, slayer (which I'm training to 85 currently). I wasn't succesfull in pk'ing at all (pk'ed 1 whip -_-, lost 2). For some reason my stats didn't allow me to kill people with even lower stats. Next I decided pk'ing wasn't made for me so I started to focus on my combat level and total level. Currently I'm 115 combat with a rather low total, due to being a pure in the past. I still seem to prefer combat over skilling but that's gradually changing, I still want 99 att, 90 def and 85 slayer but then it will be skilling all the way. This are my current stats after a year (and 14 days :P) of playing on this character, as well as my bank account. I loved your editorials and your blog as well, but you got a point there, about rs being a drug. I'm still in the denyial phase where I don't want to give everything up, but anytime soon I'll have to 'throw in the towel'.

Thanks Beamo :) I know I probably did the right thing, but you know it still makes me feel bad lol. First I thought when I got I could sell/trade for a phat, then I got disappointed when I sold for 25.5 and then a few hours later it more than doubles.

I sold for 25.5 this morning and atm it is 40-60m ffs :(. All those expensive items that were released in the past weeks did only go down, and why did I know miss out like 35m. But I'm sure everyone would sell such new items as fast as they can, they had dropped over 100m+ during the night and nobody expected them to go up. But 30min after I sold safe spots were deleted and it made the price more than double :(

Hello people, I'm still shaking from what I just experienced. As you all know mith drags were released yesterday, but I didn't go there until this morning. I went with karil's armour, ranged pray and slayer dart. I didn't expect much of it but I could give it a try. I finally found a spot with a drag, without any people. It took some time before it died but in the end I saw a red thing on the ground, hidden under some dragon Bones. I thought, oh great it drops dragon meds too. I left clicked and I red: Dragon FULL Helm. I was so excited that I picked it up, made sure it was safe in my inventory and teled out before anything would happen to me. Because of this excitement I didn't even think of making a drop screen, I do have a screen from me wearing it. You don't have to believe me I got it as a drop, you don't have to believe it was on my First kill. All that I can tell you that It is exactly what happened and that I'm one of the luckiest person's on rs now. Ok time to release the price I sold it for, trust me at the time it is the best you can get for it. I have been selling on forums AND world 2. In world 2 the highest bit was red phat, but it are all fake ones. They offer mask sets, phats, masks+ cash etc. I got like 30 50m+ offers, none of them were accepted by them, they decline and just say nice, or how did you get it. Same goes for those offers on forums. There are sure some people who traded phats for the dfh after it came out, those are just desperate people with i dont know how many rares, they dont care about losing 1 rare. You've seen it yourself with the visages and dark bow's probably. After the release some people tend to offer alot, just to see the item. Some people are indeed THAT PATHETIC to pay 100m+ or phat's for it. But that's mainly only after the update, in the few hours after it was released, with hardly no other sellers, or maybe no sellers at all. But I got it 16 hours after the update, and in world 2 I already found 3 other people, selling them for 40-45m. Buyers didn't go higher than 35m, but again, all fake buyers. Believe me or not, at the time being 25,5 was the best offer you could get.

I did sell it, however I expected to get way more. It dropped alot since yesterday's 153m deal someone made. I'm not telling for how much I sold yet as I might probably might affect the prices, but I'm going back now. This time with verac and magic prayer :D

I also really hate it that I forgot to make one. But when you go there and you've heard people selling them for 160m and then you get one. You really don't know what's going on. I thought I was still dreaming or something like it, like I wrote in the first post I picked it up and quickly teled.

I was in w2 yes, I'm trying to sell it up there now as well as on the RS forums. I teled to ardy right after drop then to fally to sell it in w2. I wanted to be quick and didn't take time to screen before I went to w2.
