I was taking my first attempt, and I know it's not perfect. Oh well I tried.

There are macroers and scammers on every game that's an MMORPG that you'll find. RuneScape is Java, so it wouldn't have as good of graphics as WoW or what you have on your PlayStation, no? Really, if Java becomes real advanced and more capable of better graphics, THEN RuneScape will improve graphic-wise. :lol: , I just like this game. And that has nothing to do the graphics or the price. And I think most of the players agree with me. About the scammers etc., in every big MMO there are those people, call me one which hasn't. (It has to be big, otherwise there aren't any indeed) [sarcasm] And I'm sure they totally don't care about us, I mean that's why there are all those updates. [/sarcasm] because of people like you, I wouldn't be suprised if they would sell they game. I mean they work their butt off and the only comments they get are from lil winers like you (if you want to know what I mean, check the official rant forum :roll: ). If they are doing such an horrible job. Isay, try to do it for yourself. Become a good Mod and we'll talk further. God! My message was erased! RS is Java, all Java games look the same graphic wise, so you can only expect RS to have the graphics it has, so it's unique in a way. Why would they stat wipe us or mutilate the game to piss us off? :-k I think they would listen to us and see how the game is made up, and create updates that fit the game well and possibly better updates. Most likely a better customer support meaning that our appeals would be read, less power abuse, less false bannings. And they would just be more available for us to have someone talk to us as if they were our personal helper. But Jagex made the game the way it is today, they have done a good job; they've treated us good and bad. They rely on this game as their backbone because the only other games they have is something like tetris or whatever on their site. Go on there. It's not a whole lot to choose from. RuneScape is their best game as it's an MMORPG, and not some 1 player game like tetris or whatever.

I saw rune scimitars, chainmail, maces, adamant kiteshields(g). I went crazy over the gilded adamant kite but I didn't get it, I clicked and clicked, but someone clicked faster. This was in world 1.

99 magic. Total I spent was 150.7m, not all at once but it kinda fits.

If they do, they better not make me unable to wear my capes. Then I would be mad. :evil: 99 magic = hell to get Why not just leave the cap at 99? Honestly I worked for nearly half a year and sacrificed a huge piece of my membership credit for it. I went for 99 because it promised I would never again have to level it, meaning no training, and I get this awesome cape. It's already bad enough when someone spends forever on a game, like 12 hours. They never spend time with family, and they might flunk school/quit their jobs because they are too occupied with the game. Trying to get 99 in something already creates stress on you, why make it worse because Jagex made 300 the max? And in a couple years you know your character with 99 magic would be obselete when someone gets 300 and is able to do an instant death spell and has the abilities of the Mahjarrat where they don't have to use runes anymore and they become super mages and are way too overpowered. Seriously, you'll make everything unbalanced over 99. Melee/mage/range would be chaotic and hellish when you just 1 hitted someone and it removed the fun of having a close fight with someone.

The reason: The current emote for the magic skillcape is way too short. We worked hard for it, why should it be shorter than cooking or fletching, which are the easiest skills in the game? Another reason: The rival class, archery/ranging, has 2 capes of honor. They get the firecape and the range skillcape. Magic only gets one, which is the skillcape for magic. The god capes can't be considered since it is only 60 magic to get, and the NPC is easily defeated in a few minutes. Plus it is as common as a team cape or any other normal cape. How to improve the emote: Simple. To make it longer and more enjoyable, here's what happens. First, your character lifts a magical staff in the air and wind swirls around your character and lifts him up in the air and turns him around then drops him back on his feet. Second, your character pulls out the staff and utters an incantation that causes the staff to be engulfed in flames and the flames then spread on the ground after your character smites it with the staff. Third, your character strikes the earth with the staff and it trembles and cracks appear in the ground and there is a shockwave. Your character jumps back just as a crack opens up under his feet. Fourth, your character lifts up the staff and water flows toward it and swirls around it into the air. I kinda like it, except I think it needs some revisions to my idea. Please do NOT flame, I will report them as spam if you do. Please offer constructive advice/posts. If you have a suggestion to improve my idea, or totally rewrite it, don't be afraid to post it.

What about strength, attack, defense, range and magic skillcapes? People will literally run from me when I wear my magic skillcape into the wild. They instantly throw on prayer and run. Besides combat-related skills take a while to get 99. My magic cape took me 4 months from 60 magic to get 99. And I also alched more than most do in a day.

Hi. I own a fletching(t) skillcape and a magic(t) skillcape. Normally I wear the magic because it gets more "oohs" and "ahhs." However, fletching (99) and cooking (99) is still an achievement. I like the cooking skillcape because it looks cool, and the fletching one is just good-looking once it's trimmed. And it's still hard and annoying to get 99s in both stats.

:shock: Funny. Maybe Jagex is trying to get a golden record and be sued for copying lyrics. :lol: Joking...

Melee: Magic: Skilling: Sometimes I wear my fletching cape for skilling, but lately it's been magic.

I think the chain from this minigame is rarer than ones from Dust Devils.

I found it: Swedish servers. It was some program apparently installed. I switched to other servers, no more attempts. Go see for yourself, they're all offline. (Sweden)

My friend was in world 27 and got the hell out of there because of the riot. I was joking and said it was the Boston Massacre all over again. But turns out Jagex really did mute peeps.

Yes, same IP. And Norton blocked this time, and said it's threat level was medium. I told it to quit alerting me on that threat.

Pretty much. Okay it's annoying the hell out of me when I get like a blocked message every now and then. Isn't it basically just warning me of everything that any other firewall wouldn't?

So should I just not worry about it?

Okay, someone keeps trying to hack my computer. I was using Windows Firewall, but it sucks, so I got a better one. I am also using Norton, as well as other programs, and they're blocking. But I find it annoying to receive messages that Norton or the new firewall is blocking the same hacker(s). My solution: change my IP address by resetting my modem. Will that throw them off me?

January 1, 2007: I alched 7,000 yew longbows. Blocked 2 hacking attempts on my computer. and Strung 10k yew longs.
