There was a glitch with the Warriors Guild that made you look drunk. You couldn't run whilst in the effect and had to relog in to get rid of it. People would go around saying "*hic.*"

The imp trick has been abused quite a lot before they changed it. People started following them and they went it to the wild with full ownage pker gear and killed them. I agree it's their own fault they got killed, but I still think Jagex has to do something against it. I think you can compare it to stealing. It's you're fault you didn't watch you're stuff, but still the goverment does something agaisnt it. It's the same They're complete idiots for following them. Seriously if anyone is heading to the wild, don't follow. And that quote above had nothing to do with "bug abuse." Jagex immediately fixes all minor glitches because they can't stand something to work out in a different way. They ban people for being creative basically.

In fact that reminds me of the glitch in the Warrior's Guild that made you look drunk. Jagex fixed it in a few days and then banned some people. Come on. What harm is it going to do? Also the bug where you could be an imp outside of Castle Wars. Jagex banned a lot of people for that. When Jagex "fixes" they really make the game worse. Sooner or later they're going to realise (when it's too late) that they should've let us keep those bugs because they were fun and allowed us to be creative. I like how Blizzard looks at it. They actually enjoy the creativity. This also brings up Durial321 and the Falador Massacre (so it was called). Instead of banning him, they could've fixed it and then just act like it never happened and ignore all the complaints. Seriously, some people completely disregarded the player moderators' shouts of "Bank your items!" and walked around in expensive items and when they got killed they got real angry and maybe a few even quit.

Nice. I wish I was there. :cry: 50 crafting... Off-topic: Anyone PM me advice (forums) on how to get 61 crafting? No one sells the 3.97k silver bars I need for 61, so is there another quicker way that won't bore me/take too long. (No more than a few days?) And if people do sell huge amounts of silver bars, how much each are they?

Yeah, onyx enchant at Mage Training Arena owns. But it's really expensive. Like 2m per 10k enchants. Haven't tried PC as I wanted to do it the old way.

Yes but I personally view it's easier to just alch to 99 instead of stun. Why use a slower method when you can do a faster one and just recover from the money loss in a few weeks?

Nah, not all. You just need it to be able to buy 10k supplies at a time and you'll lose a huge chunk of it. I've lost about 8M going from 70-99.

1-99 Magic: The Guide So I've been asked many times how you should train to 99 magic. Well I now am revealing what you should do. Table of Contents: 1-3 3-11 1-19 1-25 25-31 31-37 37-40 40-45 45-55 55-99 1-3 Well first you would want to do Witch's Potion to get some magic experience. After this and you're still not 3 mage now, wind strike to 3. 3-19 After that you can gain HP levels by water striking or put on melee armor and cast confuse on chickens in the Champions' Guild. I suggest HP training along with this by casting the better strike spells upon Chickens (with magic gear of course) until you get 19. Confuse would work, too; however, it will possibly take longer and you get no HP experience. 19-25 Repeatedly cast curse/wind bolt on Chickens or goblins until you can get Varrock Teleport. 25-31 Okay, now for something a little expensive. As this guide is aimed more toward P2P, I'm suggesting P2P methods. For law runes, go run on world 66 in Entrana. Bank all weapons/armor and only wear robes such as Zamorak or just priest gowns. Also bring 27 essence, that's all you need. Period. Trade with crafters 27 essence (They say "open!," you say "law me!"). In return you get 27 noted essence back and 27 law runes. Do this until you feel you have enough for 31 magic. Also get extra for teleporting methods later on. Now that you have your law runes, get an air staff and some fire runes. Cast Varrock Teleport over and over again until you're level 31. 31-40 Now that you received your "Congratulations! Your magic level is now 31!" message, start teleporting to Lumbridge. You'll need earth runes in place of fire runes now. Do this until 40 magic. 40-45 Okay, first off make sure you've purchased a player-owned house from an estate agent in Varrock, Falador, Ardougne, or Seers' Village. Now, get 1 law rune, 1 air rune/staff, and 1 earth rune for every teleport. Do this repeatedly until 45 magic. Congratulations! You can now teleport to Camelot! 45-55 You are now almost set to go from 55-99 magic, but first you need to get to 55 first for High Level Alchemy. If you've run out of law runes, go back to world 66 and run some more. Now teleport to Camelot over and over again to 55. This shouldn't take too long. It's 55 magic experience per cast. Smooth sailin' I say. 55-BEYOND Okay first off. You need lots of cash! Get about 15-20M and you should be set for enough alchemies to 99 magic. Oh and another thing, get 70 fletching if you haven't gotten that by now. It's absolutely necessary if you have it to be able to string your yew longbow(u)s! After getting cash, buy yew longbows(u) 250-300 each, nature runes 300-315 each, and bowstring 180-200 each. Now go here to learn how to string 3,000 yew longbows an hour. Now place the noted yew longbows (strung of course) underneath the alching icon like so: Now continuously alch. Try to do 150-170 alchemies every 10 minutes. Use glories if you ever wish to do this. I can easily do double a half hour of what you do when I use glories. Right now I'm using it to quickly get my Mage Book back after buying my fury. lol 2.1/4.2m, should get it this weekend. Then I might do a little more funning for cash for dragon bones for 52 prayer. Smite+89 combat+99 magic=ownage.

Well okay what if they raised the cap on magic? The maximum damages are determined by the spell. So, it would be pointless as ice barrage always has a 30 max, and people say it's overpowered already.

Level 100 of any skill doesn't help a whole lot. I can already drink a potion to 103 magic. Or eat an evil stew for over 100 fletching. Actually, we should get more spells/abilities to make new high level items. For example a strong level 99 spell, or at level 99 fletching, you can craft a special kind of bow. I don't like all the spells ending at 96 (not to mention Ghorrock teleport, the 96 spell, isn't that useful). At 99 construction you can make magic cape racks. At 99 smithing you can make rune platebodies. So I think in addition to our skillcapes, we should also unlock new abilities. Like at 99 cooking you can make gumbo or souflet (spelling?). Oh and as a previous poster stated, Andrew said getting a skill into triple-digits would mean a stat wipe. That would be very bad, and so 99+ permanently isn't a good idea at all since you would lose all the hard work you did to get 99. Which is better? Stay at the current level 99 skill and just rank it higher, or get a stat wipe and start from 1 again? A stat wipe would make most of RuneScape quit, meaning the game crashes.
