As for me, 2 years ago I was playing football. All was well, I was returning a punt for big yardage, the endzone was only 20 yards away and whan!!! Out of nowhere this [puncture] body slammed me and landed on my leg as I was going down, then I slammed in to the opposing team's sideline. The pain was simply unexplainable. My bone was literally jutting out of my leg. I saw I screamed and went into a series of screaming and crying until I weent into shock. Then the stupid trainer came and was like "try to relax!" But ya know its a bit hard to relax when your lower leg almost in two. Three and a half hors of surgery. 3 Months of chutces and 1 and a half years out of football were required to fix it. Friggin sucked

Yep, this is no common case of teenage angst, you my friend probobly have depression and/or social anxiety disorder. Though some people may not realize it, this is an actual medical condition and over 1/3 of people have it. You can get treatment for it. I wont suggest looking at some internet sites and then talking to an adult that you trust. GOOD LUCK!
