Stats are -1 slash, +7 crush, +4 magic, +3 strength And defence +2 stab, +3 slash, +1 crush, +4 magic :) Doesnt look too flash though... I like the booties

Nope... You can 'Divine' it which tells you how many charges it has left and 'Invoke' it teleporting you to Barbarian village :)

Minotaurs - Level 27 (Right Half of the skull) Flesh Crawlers - Level 35 (Bottom half of the scepter, also drop good amounts of fire and dust runes) Catablepon - Level 68 (Top half of the scepter) Ankou (sp?) - Level 86 (Left half of the skull)

Here are the fancy boots: The fighting boots: Scepter (also adds 3+ to strength bonus): Kill all 4 monsters as they each drop 1 part to the new scepter :) One of the first to get it on Tip.it and Rs, yay :D

Yep, you have to kill all 4 things :)

I can't exactly remember, I think it was the level 86 skeleton things were Left half of the skull, minotaurs right, flesh crawlers bottom half of the scepter, level 64 things top half :)

Woot, one of first in RS to get? Flesh Crawlers or whatever drop really good runes as well, I got 400+ in 3 or 4 mins and some dust runes also

You get colourful boots or fighting boots, they both give exactly the same bonuses, I personally think the coloured boots look ownage and some of the graphics on the new chambers are awesome, good update I think :D
