For a rough idea of when your special attack is full again, i checked after my defence has dropped down by 6 lvls and it's definitely full. It may already be full at 5 lvls down. I only had to spec once for like every 5 trips or so.

For many people, the sword excalibur was used in the quests merlin's crystal and holy grail but after the quest was unfortunately chucked away to the corners of their bank. I just discovered a new nice usage of excalibur's special attack: +10% defence with no other stat penalties, this works well for abyss rcers i have to say, most of the rcers does not use any special attack (unless you bring dds for self protection) and the special attack bar is left unused. However if you actually utilise that bar for the excalibur special, you get an nice defence bonus against abbysal monsters strong attacks and hence you use less food after getting hit less with 10% higher defence \

You can drop your pouches if you're about to die, then make a quick tele to edge and go grab your pouches, if you have to die again, put protect item on for your 4th pouch if you have 75+rc that is

When you start jad wave start at the very north east corner directly 1 step north of italy all the way to the east. This way jad will have to move if he spawns in south of italy or middle. If he gets stuck south of italy, he can't attack you. However, still keep range protect on if jad spawns on the north west, he will walk towards you and use one attack at the furthest possible distance. Since range has longer range, he will use range. Sounds complicated? :P

I doubt so. I hear that he has very supreme defence.. If he does actually uses range and mage as well in melee range(like kq), you get absolutely no warning at all before a melee attack comes down on you
