  1. Just a quick question. Do you need 70 Defence to use the Piety prayer? Thanks.
  2. I'm not going to lie. If it were not for school, I would have played RS for at least 9+ hours a day, on weekends I averaged about that and on school days I would play about 6 hours. I was and still am physically fit, I go to the gym 3 times a week and I do dancing twice a week. I don't see anything wrong with so called "no-lifing" But my only problem was that I was not playing for fun, I would play to train skills up and once I reached my goal, I would instantly set another. Now that I don't play Rs anymore, I find myself just watching tv/playing Xbox for the same amount of time as I did playing RS, but I'm having more fun. :
  3. I quit the only way I knew would stop me 100%. I sold all of my valuables and held a drop party. I had tried many things to stop but the addiction prevailed. I knew that with no items and all of the hours upon hours of money making down the drain, I would surely not want to play; and now I don't.
  4. Great idea for a topic =D> , I just had to give this a try.(Sorry if these are lame #-o)[hide=] [/hide]
  5. Farewell RuneScape, we had some good times. : [hide=] [/hide] Not included: All pictures from before the first picture posted(hard drive is long gone) 70 Prayer Fire cape(Got it at a friend's house) 99 Defence(Got it on my other computer which is now gone) The 70m I had before the drop party. And heaps more. Thank you Tip.it, I would have given up long ago if not for you. Thank you to the wonderful people at Tif, I have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy reading all of your funny, helpful and sometimes just plain silly topics. I have so many things that I want to say but I don't want to bore you, so I will keep it short. Thanks to the tip.it community and everyone who helped me throughout my RuneScape experience. BYE! \ P.s: For those who want to know why I quit, I just wasn't finding the game as fun as I use to and I found myself only coming on to sit and do repetitive clicking to get up skills etc. I tried to quit but I just kept getting drawn back, so I dropped all of my gp(In item form for your convenience) Don't worry, I 'm keeping all of my most precious items(The ones you cant buy, Void, Penance etc.)
  6. What Summoning lvl could I get up to with: 1983 Gold Charms 244 Crimson Charms 86 Green Charms 17 Blue Charms And how much would it cost? Either that or tell me what I would need for lvl 60 and how much that would cost. Thank you for reading, I await your replies, Fireeater235.
  7. I took a heap of pics like that back in the day. I had ones from all the hot spots. My favourite was the one I took at Karamja with all of the lobster fishers. Too bad they are long gone now :(
  8. Sorry bout the size. That's 92 hp. And that's 80 range.
  9. Alright, sweet. Could anyone recommend an inventory for me? Taking into consideration my levels etc. Thanks a heap.
  10. well, it looks like my break has been cut short. I am going to go for it tonight. \ I would really like to know if I should use full void, please reply quickly. Thanks.
  11. That is pretty impressive. But I would like to stick with range for now  . So 1k diamond(e) bolts should do it? Oh, and another question if you guys don't mind. Is it worth taking full void? Because with 99 defence I don't take too much damage anyway and 70 prayer means I don't lose much from the lack of prayer bonuses. Thank you for your answers so far  .
  12. Are you sure? That doesn't seem like very many.
  13. How many diamand(e) would I need to buy to last the whole caves? With lvl 80 range.
  14. Are diamand(e) better purely because of their special?
  15. I was thinking of that, but rune bolts dont cost much more. Are they better?
  16. I would like to get my second fire cape when I return from my 2 month break from RuneScape. Last time I did the fight caves I used a rune crossbow with mithril bolts the whole way(except using guthans to heal). But I found that killing jad took quite a while. This time I have a lot more money and a lot less patience. I would like some advice on what weapon/ammo combo I should use to kill him this time. Eg. Crystal Bow, Rune X-Bow with runite bolts(p), D-Bow with rune arrows etc. Thank you for reading and I look forward to your replies, Fireeater235.
  17. I agree with Muggi. I got 99 defence because I knew it would take longer than attack or strength which meant that it would be a long term goal. When I achieved the 99 I was happy that I had stuck with it and that gave me a sence of achievement. I don't care how many defence capes I see because I did it as a personal goal and not to impress others. I also own a gold 5 feathered chompy hat and I think that items like that and gold castlewars armour deserve just as much respect as a skill cape. In my many years of playing runescape I have only ever seen 3 people wearing full gold castlewars armour and I have NEVER seen someone wearing the gold 5 feathered chompy hat. (Excluding myself) I just think that people should set personal goals and not just try to impress others.
  18. How has there been no link this whole time?
  19. I got my 4k kills! Thank you so much for the guide Xecer, I couldn't have done this without your guide. I'll post the pics tomorrow. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =D> \
  20. Finally it's all over. Thank you so much Xecer, without your guide I would never have even started hunting those silly birds. If you wanna see it I've put the vid on YouTube(Sorry for the lack of editing or music, I will re-post all my vids when I get Vegas), linky
  21. I have only ever cried over Runescape once, but they were tears of joy when I finally got my firecape. I was very emotional at the time for some reason  . Other than that I haven't cried, tho one time I got lured and I was so angry that I turned around and punched the wall, I just happened to punch right were a stud was and I nearly broke a knuckle. My hand hurt for ages after that #-o .
  22. Thanks for the replies. I think i might go with mith bolts for the smithing. Farmings seems like it's going to take a while, but I will just do it while I smith and do other stuff. Suggestions are still welcome and some exp/hour predictions with smithing suggestions would be nice. :
