Bring 800 noted ess and 10k and a nature tiara and sell the ess to the store then buy it back and go to the altar and make nats. It's quite slow though

Maybe lesser demons, fish lobs then cook them and go kill them or...dont take any food and go to lvl 12 minotaurs and kill them, they drop alot of iron arrows.
