it depends what your fighting, if its something like tzhaars id say obby shield, if your pking or training something like moss giants id go with rune defender, im going to have to say rune defender for the majority

my friend showed me one like that before, except u sat down then click follow then click expel guests or something like that then u could move but u had to follow and expel again to go somwhere, and if u had it on run it would drain ur energy
