However, I never see people in the forums trying to buy them. I ended up burned trying to sell iron knives at a profit, so before I try my luck at cannonballs, I figured I ask. Well figure it out, many people read those guides, so guess what they are going to do. That's right, make cannonballs! Guess what that means. It means that there aren't a lot of buyers for cannonballs, but there are many sellers. In conclusion, you shouldn't do it. More sellers than buyers is a bad thing. Thanks, I suspected as much. I've been trying my hand at merchanting and right now it seems low profit "safe bets" such as ess, flax, or gold ore are a better bet. In theory it is, a lot of sellers but few buyers, but whenever I've sold cannonballs it took less than 5 minutes to find a buyer. PhelimReagh Posted March 13, 2007 Share Posted March 13, 2007 Cannonballs are 12.5K XP and about 100K gp profit per hour. I like it because I click "smelt all" and go read forums.
