icecube
Drop trading is illegal, and you can get banned for doing it.... He's asking how do people know where to go to wait for drop traders and steal their stuff, or where. I have no idea how they would know. I guess pick deserted places like the houses east of Falador Park, or empty houses in Varrock. It's too hard to anticipate drop traders though. compfreak847
The problem is, when they see someone (you) hanging around their, they will hop worlds or drop trade in a different place. The_Dragon_Reborn
When I was in my Early days (before I knew it was illegal) I would go upstairs in the Varrock Monastary, and Drop Trade there. My friend also used that spot. EDIT:Once, while I was drop trading at the spot where Juliet is in the Romeo and Juliet Quest, I caught someone drop trading, and snagged a little over 500k worth of Cash and Items. ~~Let The Dragon ride again, on the winds of time~~I've always felt as if I'm the only person who can understand the concept of sarcasm on the internet. Kaiser1993
Most people go for areas where there is no one there, or will be there & they'll most of the time be on the least populated worlds.
Omegaham
Drop training is only illegal if you do it between your own accounts. I do it with my brother all the time.
The_Dragon_Reborn
Most people go for areas where there is no one there, or will be there & they'll most of the time be on the least populated worlds. Au contraire. Its best to do it on populated worlds. Not 1, 2, 6, 8, or 12 because they get full to easily. The best place to do it is in world 7. Lots of people MERCHANTING, therefore, not many people will be around looking for places to do something skilling related. By the way, I know so much because I did A LOT of drop trading before I knew it was illegal. Don't want people to think that I gvie lessons or something. ~~Let The Dragon ride again, on the winds of time~~I've always felt as if I'm the only person who can understand the concept of sarcasm on the internet. hot_mountain
Yeah, how's Jagex going to be able to tell the difference between you and your brother? Can I just ask one thing here? Ok, let's say you have a main. You want to create a pure. The pure needs armor and weapons, which you have on your main. NOW, drop trading those items, or multi-logging trading would also be. But if you give the ermor to a friend and tell them to give it to your pure, would that be against the rules? ~Mountain No, I really don't play anymore. No, this goes against the rule. You may not transfer items between your accounts in any way. If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.[hide=My Stats][/hide]
