Fly-fish in Shilo Village. Then, sell the fish to the fishing store for more feathers.

The quickest exp is Fly fishing in shillo village if you haven't got access my suggestion would to do quest or go to Barbarian village.

you have 43 prayer, and a pretty high mage lvl. You can do the quest, it might just take a couple p-pots.

On topic: I would consider doing the quest, you could do it with a coupple prayer potions as stated before.

One thing to watch... sell or drop too much fish raw, and you can end up in the "fish it but can't cook it" trap for higher level fish - ok if you plan on selling raw, but not so hot if you want it for food.
