rocketman089
Today was also my mom's b-day so we had a big family get together this year at my g-ma's. I was helpin my gramps get the lamb leg from his pakistani friend, and the thing came with hooves and all! It was kinda fun butchering it (not in a sick, demented way). Best roasted lamb i've ever had imo. And as for the religous part, our family just kinda does it out of tradition. We don't go to church or say grace before dinner or anything, it's just a fun thing to do once a year. Gamertag: King Arizona
Jake_Corsair
Cleaned up some spam. There are other threads to debate relgion, let's let those that do celebrate and believe wish each other a happy holiday on this one. It more than likely won't kill you to do that, would it? :-k Jake, how about ask an admin to rename Off-Topic to Religious Debates? ROFL No kidding. If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.[hide=My Stats][/hide]

Flametrooper
I'm a Universalist Unitarian At the risk of sounding stupid, what's that? ...anyways, yeah, happy Easter, happy Beltaine, happy Chocolate Eggs Day. I love this time of year, and I love spring break. My aunt who left in a family feud and whom I've not seen for two years came to visit, and we are re-united. : I got plenty of candy, had an easter egg hunt in the morning, which was fun - took us a while to find the so-well-hidden eggs. Didn't go to church, but I did feel well enough that I thanked...any powers which exist, should any exist at all, for such a great day. I'm not a churchy person, on the whole. Don't like getting up early on Sunday mornings
Sereth
Everyone should just take a chillaxitive(yeah, I said it) and eat some chocolate. There's better ways to spend a Holiday/free day, depending on who you are, than posting words on a forum about the meaning of the Holiday/free day. xvillexvalox
Happy Eater! Happy bunnies and eggs of chocolate day! Anyone want to know how an atheist (or rather, secular humanist) celebrates easter? We(me, mom, dad)painted eggs the day before. Today we broke eachothers eggs by hitting them together, a mini contest and eat them for breakfast. Then we tried to put together a 1026 peice photomosiac puzzle. Isn't it odd how nothing religious was included in there? Anyways, why would you not let an atheist family celebrate easter? All the stores, restaurants and recreational places close early today, so what else are we left to do?
Korskin
As long as I get to go to the church and celebrate easter for its true and purposeful meaning, I'm happy. If you want to celebrate commercialism it's up to you.
megakiller32
I just cracked the easter conspiracy. Easter is when jesus came back as a rabbit, to go and seek revenge against the people who trapped him in a cave. So he travelled to easter island, where the bad guys were hiding out carving maoi statues, to pretend they hadn't done anything. Then jesus killed all of them with some god power of some sort. \ Quit Runescape 30th May 2006.Thanks to Hawkxs for my signature :)

Instead I had some bread and wine. Maybe not as tasty but it still consider it the best moment of my easter celebration.

Religious people would probably get offended so I aint gonna post it. PM me if you want a link. Funny as.
