Omgz0rz! I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

Lit, thanks for all the bumps. <3: I didn't get the cheese for you, sorry. I ate it all. I'll post the link in the morning.

Heph, thanks for teh bumpz0rz and Happy Birthday!

Zaid, thanks for the bump, have fun in [insert holiday destination here]!!

Ok, I am officially back (if a little tired). Now, what did I get up to? Not much but I'll tell you anyway because it makes me feel big and important.

The journey there was pretty uneventful, took a ferry to Calais (yes, I live in England *Gasp*), drove the rest of the way. When we got there, did the usual english thing, got lost and took about an extra hour to get there.

Arrived, stayed in lovely little farmhouse outside near Pouzay.

Went on regular trips to do exciting things, swam in the Vienne (it's a river), went to Richelieu. Went to Azay (a chateau (sp?)), kayaked down the Vienne there as well with some friends. Kayaked 7.5km down the same river, in a different place with the same friends. During that trip, the kayak that had all our stuff and food barrels in it, capsized by a small weir (a kind of dip in the river with fast current and a little waterfall) when it hit a rock side-on and got pushed over by the current. Luckily it only half capsized because the 2 adults in it held the kayak and stopped it tipping over while holding on to their 6-year-old son. Meanwhile, me and my sister were speeding around, collecting the barrels, shoes, paddles etc. Then, my parents grounded themselves on a sandbank in the middle of the river. Then another of our group waded out into the middle of the river (which was brave because as I said before, the current was really strong) and helped them turn the boat over again and paddle it to shore. Unfortunately, the lid of one of the barrels was off when the boat capsized so everything in there was soaked. My new(ish) MP4 Player was in there too, but luckily it didn't float away or get ruined by the water because my mum had thought it would get damaged if it was just on it's own so she put it in my sister's rucksack pocket before we left, which saved it. It was still a really good trip though. And by the way, we only lost 1 shoe during the whole trip. I also went to swimming pools and generally had fun.

Journey back was not so good, the ferry was delayed 45 minutes because of wind [s[racist term]] and then we got lost in Dover. (It's a bloody maze!)

But all in all, it was a good holiday, as holidays go.

Then, I went to edgeville and chatted in Heph's clan chat. There was the usual fun and silliness, I got siggied ( \' ) and got a funny screenshot:

Then Heph started being mean to me.

Thanks to Hephaistos50 ( <3: ) for coming to see me get it.
