The prestige that comes from owning a rare, is well worth the money. Money is best spent on something you enjoy. I enjoy making interesting outfits, and believe me, mask outfits get noticed. You should use it on skills or something, instead... This is just my opinion, though. Sure, a Mask will impress some, but a few 99s will impress the same ones, and others as well.
