I don't believe that, because that implies 1) Lincoln isn't the second biggest town in Nebraska all the time and 2) that somehow if it's losing to some suburb of Omaha, that it's not the third biggest, but instead there's some other suburb with like 10-20k more people that's just above Lincoln.

 

Oh wait Memorial stadium, not Lincoln. Okay.
