Maybe the same that happened to me with 99 defence and maxing out my combat is happening to you, it actually always happened to me, not wanting to get my 99s - I always thought it'd be the end for me when I maxed out combat. I even did 97-99 def controlled, i stoped training prayer for a month etc. But then I realised there's always something else to do in rs ^.^ so dont worry, and you dont have to stop rcing even after 99 thats a great thing too \
