That's a really really good point. From personal experience, I didn't really care about getting 99 in anything... now, I'm setting myself 'training schedules' so I can get it in certain skills. To get that 99 when there's less ways for you to boost the experience recieved is - to me anyway - an incredible achievement. Yeah, give us the capes with a special trim to show that the skill was trained in f2p >:D Skillcapes aren't necessary for f2p. They are extras. And no matter how you look at it, getting 99 in F2P is by far bigger achievement than ANY 99 skill in Members. Looking at achievement, the only difference is that you pay $5, they don't. One of the thing I feel about Members when I was in F2P, and me now a member for more than a half a year still think the same way, is members are hugely arrogant and protective of their portion of the game to the point that I feel they are paranoid. And believe it or not, F2P needs updates sometimes. The capes is a good update, not necessarily big. But it certainly affect market price a lot. I'm going to respectfully disagree. To me, as a member, there are a lot more options available for maxing out a skill than there are for non-members.
