99 Thieving & 99 Agility

Maybe 90 thieving - not 99 and not agility lvl. :?

 

 

 

Agility = Stealth, Quiteness, Getting in there with noone noticing! :

 

urrrm who's gonna notice? there are no guards or anything, the bank manager isn't gonna come down, maybe you need 85 thieving get 300 exp an open but theres a chance a bank employee may come down the stairs and take you out the bank, higher the agility less chance of getting taken out

Way back in the days (early '01), Andrew said that there would be a quest in which we break into the Varrock bank.

Why on earth would you want that? I think everone who has 99 agility and 99 thieving can easily afford a ruby ring themselves. AND this will make scamming easier; "look I can get in with this key *goes in*, it costs 250K."

i think that the majority of the scammers victims are the underage people who aren't supposed to play runescape anyway. i refuse to believe that people over the age of 13 are that stupid

 

 

 

as to the idea itself, that this topic was originally about - i disagree, there won't be anything that great in the vault anyway...think about it...if you had 99thief+99agility nothing in those chests is really going to matter to you. it's not like jagex would put something incredible so close to the freeworld
