I noticed the Void knight mace can auto-cast Claws Of Guthix. Does that mean I can use a god spell and bypass the dangers of the Mage Arena?

 

Cause If thats the case I'm never buying Attack XP again :P

No, you need to do mage arena to CAST a god spell, so even if you do have the mace, you would need to do mage arena.

Oh.....Hey, what parts of the Mage Arena are wild? All of it? Are there non-pk spots?

Yes, all of it is in the wilderness, and I'm not sure what's not PK spots, I wasn't ever pked there so I'm not too sure.

lol just pick a non populated world, wear good mage gear and a few snares or entangles(the 15 second one) someone tried to pk me so i snared him and took his full rune. the god spells are pretty good and w/ snare he was stuck it was an easy 190k, paid for the death runes =)

I wouldn't pick a non populated world, I'd go for an "in the middle" world, because PKers will go to those unpopulated worlds because people will go there trying to avoid them.

Just go there with nothing but a knife and get the hang of it before going for "the real thing".

like the other poster said before me go in there without nothing except knife and when your near the house with lever to teleport you inside just turn on Protect from Mage on

Go to Ardy (or walk to the mage arena.. lol) and click the lever, remember to bring a knife. Walk north, cut the web, then walk west past the mage arena into a broken house, cut both the webs and pull the lever. Go inside, talk to the guy other than Kolodian that doesn't have the option "trade" (forgot name) and you'll access your bank. Get your gear and head into the arena.. you need a knife to cut web too

The best time to do it is the "off peak" times on a low - med populated world.

Wasn't Kolodion the guy you're suppoed to talk to? He's the one you fight in the arena before you charge up the staff...

To access the cape/staff you have to defeat him, all his forms, then you can jump in the pool, choose your staff and pray at whichever god you choose.

the best way is the adry lever, pull it and your almost right next to the mage arena.
