Temple Trekking mini game rocks - 520 pure ess

Been doing trek for about 3 hours on and off

 

 

 

Got 27 melon seeds so far, about 200 bowstrings, over 100 unids (always tarro and harr), silver bars 2 tome of experience (tree cutting) silver bars etc

 

 

 

Then i got this from from yellow reward :),

 

 

 

 

Then my next gave me 156 pure ess :) Going good so far since i hate mining ess

 

 

 

and guess what i got after that one

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I always choose the blue mage and route 2 and almost ewvrytime i get a yellow, then i choose the red guy can rem name and he give yellow mostly for same route.

 

 

 

Also never noticed this before but when i get ghast i get their hit points added to prayer , that 109 prayer each kill for route 2 :)

yea temple trekking is pretty underrated.. after a few hours i got like 900 silver bars, 100 watermelon seeds, 150 unids and like 500 pure ess... as well as snail shells, neail beast nails, and a few xp tomes

 

 

 

but that was with taking the weakest person on the hardest route

3 hours for 100k worth of and easily accessible item, a few hundred low-level herbs, and some seeds (with an cash/xp ratio worse than trees)? Not remarkable in my opinion, but I'm not telling you what to do.

Well your not a fan thats fine but look at the big picture, most events give experience also, fighting ghasts say a lvl 109 for each you kill you get 110 exp on prayer (better than sitting burying bones all day), nail beast drop nails for heblore only place to get them, in 3 hours i have 1047 pure ess (dare you to go mine that and not get bored), 43 melon seeds (30-43k value), 74 harrs, 70 tarros, 280 silver bars, 198 bowstrings, 3 tomes of exp each gave roughly 1k oh and i got my lumberjack hat, about 20 shells (600gp each) 2 special shells, 32 snake skins, oh and missed out roughly 50 toadflax

 

 

 

And alot of fighting experience.

 

 

 

Add it all together your statement is void :)

 

 

 

If you can get all those items without buying them then your superman.

Why does everything in RS have to be about profit? Aren't games about having fun?

There is no fun in thinking about money all the time, some people want 44 mill to buy a silly party hat or halloween mask no idea why.

Can you give any info on how long on yellow run might take?

 

I might try this if it's a reasonable time vs. rewards ratio.

Usually take 5-10 mins max - sometimes 1 event sometimes 3 never more than 4. Time can take longer depending on the beasts you get but tha my average. And its worth time when you get good rewards.

You can get as much as 666 Pure Essence (the last time that I played, anyway) with the strongest guy on the hardest route. The rewards are really quite worthwhile, especially considering the fact that you get exp doing it (unlike Barbarian Assault).

Lol, 666 pure ess was the first reward I got from it (hard guy, medium route). Lets just say my reaction was "OMFG JAGEX SATANIST 666 HALP PL0X!!!11!ONE!" However, I beat my inner noob unconscious :-w
