Hmm, yea so. I just started a Ranged pure ( Elf PKed ). My main is Stinger1199. I have all the equipment over 1m for more :o . But to get to the point. Could some of you, please post some decent training area's?

Current is 5 :\ but hey i started like a few mintutes ago. And Non member. :XD:

Lvl 5 goblins till lvl lvl 20 then kill lvl 21 guards outside varrock using safe spots till 30 then train on guards near Draynor Market tones of safespots there.

 

 

 

Am lvl 50+ F2P and i use Black Knights Fortress to train

Take a look at Tip It's Range training spots

 

You can get a lot of good ideas there.

 

 

 

The minotaurs in the SoS are nice because they drop a lot of arrows

 

so you can use the drops to kill even more minotaurs.

 

 

 

Also, pick up your arrows whenever you can.

 

That way you get about 4 times as many shots out of them.

 

That translates to about a 14 level increase over not picking them up

 

for the same number of arrows.

My Ranged pure (sp1tf1r3_x) has 77 ranged.

 

 

 

I trained:

 

1-15 Chickens

 

15-30 Goblins

 

30-45 Guards in Edgeville

 

Then i went P2P

 

45-50 Dungeon Rats

 

50-70 Rock Crabs/PKing

 

70-77 PC

cb lvls of 3 to 40 arent good but once u get your range over 85 you can do serious damge to prayer pures and str pures.

 

also range comes in handy in deep wild

Buy loadsa bronze arrows and just go hobgoblins and range accross river..you could leave or telegrab for mage exp (not reccommended)

Okay, I know I may be wrong but if you had 50+ wouldn't it show in your sig?

he would need to have 102,058 exp in range to be on the high scores right now. That is level 50 plus a little more exp.

your both lame... cause pures own... rs w/o pking is a stupid game then... and f2p pures own also... maybe soem of us cant afford to pay 25$ more each month to make 5 more pures into p2p? -.-

My advice is never getting prayer.

 

 

 

Why not make a melee pure instead of ranged? Melee is way more powerful that ranged. Trust me I'm 97+ ranged and I wish I was 97+ strength.

Heres what i did.

 

 

 

I got from 1 - 40 range training on monks.

 

 

 

After this i pk'd until 50 range (might have to get somewhere else to train for that bit :P)

 

 

 

King lanthuses training camp killing orges (50-80 range)

 

 

 

Pc till 80-91

 

 

 

Now thats just how i trained. I would recomend going to pc at at least 75 range though :) Hope i helped

 

 

 

 

 

N.B It's a GREAT idea to get 44 prayer at 70 range. Not only does this give an excuse to get prayer for DT it's also very good because your can unlock the egeal<--(spelling?) eye skill which is better than just training your range up normally
