Red with a blue transparent box over it just doesn't look that great. Also, Your sig needs a border. The font and font color don't really work either. Or, it can be something like in my sig, where you have a black line around the outside, and another white line on the inside of that black line. That way, the black line stands out more. The Rs pics look not well blended in the bg...and maybe they'r bad pics for themselves (maybe take 2 different ones with a slight rotation from the full frontal view you used here).
