fastest way to raise mage

Featured Replies

I'm p2p and have 45 mage, and i need to get it up 75.

I can spend up to 4 mill max on it.

What should i do, but I also want hitpoint exp.

But if you meathod is really fast, I might consider the no HP exp.

I don't have really an good things to alch.

If you're willing to completely blow your money (or at least for a while) I'd do Mage Training Arena. I know you can't do high alch yet, but using alchemist playground should still give you xp pretty fast until you get to 55 when you can use high alch (and get TONS of experience fast). I didn't believe it until I tried and leveled mage three levels (55-58) in maybe an hour and a half two hours starting out. I'm sure if I was better experienced I could cut the time down even more. Tip.it has an amazing guide that would help you out a lot.

Teleport to camelot, over, and over, and over. went from 56 to 60 magic in like an hour. Use tip.it's skill calculator to figure out how many laws to buy. kinda expensive, but very effective.

For hp and mage xp, enchantment place or cammy teleporting isn't what he wants to do. I'd just buy some fire bolts or some combat spell like that and just go on a killing spree. It's rather fun if you ask me \' .

Thanks yeah, thats kind of what I want lol, but if thats too long i could just use the other meathods.

For hp exp as well, mabey crumble undead a ton? I did that for a few levels but I stuck with high alching, teleing, pc, etc.

maybee with a pc combo

Cammy teleport will be a lot faster than fire bolt. You will be able to do about 13k teleports, which will get you to about 71 mage.

Yeah, if hp isn't needed, teleports are faster than fire bolt. But I personally get bored teleporting all the time, I'd rather kill something.

Thanks guys, i guess i decided to do a bit of both, if any body has some other suggestions i'll glady take them.

Crumble Undead at the Wilderness Ditch is very fun.

Its a safespot, you can buy more chaos runes from the Zamorak Mage, and theres a bank nearby.

Plus you get to watch the PKers fight from the safety of edgeville.

Crumble Undead is much faster at Varrok Sewers, there is a nice boundary between the skele's and you. \'

Its a huuuge safespot and way more entertaining.

Stand by egdeville, and cast it on the skeletons on the other side.

Do you get double exp for it because the skellies are in wildy?

I have never heard of double xp in the wildernes..

Once you hit 62 mage, and don't really bother about loosing to much money: ancient on pc: hits always multiple targets, but is rather costly.

(costed me over 1mil to get from 62 to 66 mage; the plus-side is that it only was a little time to cast those spells)

45, kinda gotta spend a little, maybe cast some blasts until u hit 55, then at 55 buy alchable items, offer to buy any item 200 gp below alch value, lose some money but fast xp

-or u can just fletch bows but i guess u said u dont have anything to alch, meaning u dont want to make stuff
