My first goal was to get all of my skills up to 60, which I did in the first month. This, as you may have seen, being except Runecrafting. Once I reached these stats, a friend (who, I admit, had origionally wanted to sell me the money, but later decided not to) gave me 4m because of my achievement. I had PM'd Jagex about him wanting to sell me the gp, and I think that that's where it got complicated. Anyway, with this new 4m in my bank, I cooked...and cooked....and cooked. Reaching a final level of 94 before being ultimately banned for, I would assume, "buying" his mills. Currently both me and him are now skilling (Jagex if you're reading this you can even compare the IPs ).
