Arambul
I was talking to this guy and he told me he will make a ton of money off getting 99 crafting. is this true? doy ou make a lot by crafting? Ok, I change my question. What is a good way to raise my crafting level? Also, what is a good way to collect half keys?
Maddavy2004
it depends really, you can make money but by making less it goes faster.
transcript80
key halves are semi-rare monster drops. You can also have them as a reward from a crystal key chest, and as loot from the barrows mini game. Crafting: make battle staves for loas of money. It's a bit tedius, especially thet gathering of the stves, but it's really good xp and money if you high alch them. Dragon hide crafting is fast as well, but you'll lose money if you buy the hides. Getting them yourself is better, but also FAR more time-consuming. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked... Mamong
Like most skills, you can do it quicker and lose money, or you can do it much slower, but make a nice profit. If you want to make a profit, do that instead of shooting straight for 99. [Tip.It Mod][Retired][Add your Steam name here!]
countzeroh
A couple of things i've done in crafting in the past (and why) Through "managing thy Kingdom" in miscellania, got myself enough flax to spin, to get me to 99 fletching. (I've spun all the flax...still working on the fletching) Battlestaves can be ok money, but is time consuming....but another major benefit, is that the charging of orbs, is quite good magic training too I'd say they are the two main "moneymaking" ways of crafting, plus Dragon hides if you kill your own dragons try a few things, and try different locations (I love spinning flax in nietiznot for the quiet, others I know vote for lumby, for the company/conversation) And best of luck.....99 is a long road...in any skill :-)
RoswellCrash
Getting to 80 crafting you will loss load of cash, but once your 80+ you can buy the hides & stuff and craft and still make a boom. - Twitter | RuneScape FB Group | My PC

Our_Moon
~If you want it fast, plan on losing 60M. That assumes you're making 60000 Green Dragonhide Bodies (or 11M exp.) You lose around 1000 Each per Body.~ ~That's probably the best way to do it. It's hard to profit, so i'd suggest simply doing it fast.~
