Anybody forgetting this part of the range update?

I see one problem with giving the crossbow a special bar. The dragonfire bolts would suddenly be overpowered, since not having an antifire shield equipped suddenly leaves you open to getting hit hard. Imagine being teamed by 4-5 people all using the special at the same time. It would simply be too powerful.

If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.

i think they are increasing crossbows cause they think people might actually want to use em... Try to make them more appealing to people. Dark bow is simply as it says a bow not sure if its a long or short knowing Jagex its a long and will be garbage.. Lol We can only hope and pray its a BA short with a nice spec.. If it is a short it will prob have a craptastical special so there aren't noobs ranting 0MG r4ng3 is 0verpowered..

and getting teamed by 4 or 5 people using a dds spec isnt? Come now, there are deadlier things in wildy that a dstone bolt spec used by a team.

To make this update a better one they have to do the following:

1. Increase the speed

2. Release more gem rocks

3. Be able to use the special when you feel like it

They already did number two.

I think he mean add even more

Yes 2 isn't enough

The development diaries released today have made it that the dark bow is not a crossbow. The concept art confirms this.

People who ask our advice almost never take it. Yet we should never refuse to give it, upon request, for it often helps us to see our own way more clearly.

The point I was trying to make is that it will basically take away the shield slot for pking, since without a dragonfire shield you're as good as dead.
