mchainmail
I want to empty my entire bank (barring money) and get the "ideal" stuff for slayer. I am assuming this would include: crystal bow cannon torags guthans black d-hide monkfish house teletabs Chaos gauntlets about 10 glories The point of this is to see what my bank could look like after some hardcore slayer training. Roberthree
Don't forget Bones to Peaches and High Alchemy runes. And if you mount a glory amulet in your house you will only need 2. And a Black Mask or Salve amulet is good for slayer.

krisc6
if you want serious slaying invest(if you can) in a zerker necklace and an obbysword. may seem a little weird but the effect it gives is as good as someone maxed out and supersetted without the supersets. supersets now ive just said it many many many stat boosting potions penance torso(strength bonus helps a lot when it comes to slayer) many rune boots and rune plates and legs proselte. neitzinot helm/warrior-neit for prayer boost rune defender games necklaces teletabs and other teleports its what the standard hardcore slayers have in their banks or use. mullen32
Black mask is a must. Combine that with super att and super strs and you are set. Goal: All stats 70+
ikraz66
every item that you will ever need to finish clue scrolls of all levels, if you plan on completing your clues. All teleportation jewelry, runes, and quest items. Range items for certain tasks if you prefer to range. Proud owner of a Quest cape!
Norton3000
You should also use Lunar/Dramen staff as you need it for fairy ring teleports. Retired from RuneScape for as long as possible.
transcript80
teletabs of all "modern" kinds, then switch to lunar for the "contact NPC" spell. It's handy to switch/get slayer tasks. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...
kemikalkadet
instead of torags, use a non-degradable armour such as rune granite or dragon, it'll save you loads in repairs. then just switch to guthans to heal.

Call me a harcore slayer or not, but I've never had all these stuff that the other people are suggesting. For meleeing, I started with rune armor then upgraded to Dragon when I could afford it. For ranging/maging, which is only recommended when fighting elves and blue drags I would wear the highest d hide armor possible/monk robes. of course a ranger set or archer helm was a must. I always used super sets. Also have a lot of prayer pots for aberrant specters and don't forget the anti fire pots for metal drags. If you are gonna to use prayer while doing slayer task, use proselyte top and legs, blessed symbol and sara book for max prayer bonus. Once you're able to afford full guthans, buy it. It will save you money in the long run and enable you to finish your task without banking for more food. Use a whip for meleeing or D scimmy if you want to train strength. I've never need "many" rune boots. 1 pair is enough or if you can't afford it, use climbing boots. I used either a zerker/warrior helm. I rarely used a crystal bow for slayer since there really aren't many tasks that call for ranging the monsters. If I did range, then I used a mage short and mith arrows. I never needed torags armor. Neither have I ever used bones to peaches. It costs too much. I would rather make a bank trip then waste money on it.
Gugge
I assume we all have our personal preferences :) But yeah, as already have been said - different tasks take slightly different setup but on the whole: - Guthan set to be able to stay until the task is finished. If you have a guthan set, you will basically not need any food, personally I just keep 1 shark in inventory for emergencies. - cannon for quick but expensive killing -super sets and items with offensive bonuses (black mask, penance torso etc) will let you kill quicker, -NPC contact saves you a LOT of time, -if you plan to do your clues (and slayer monsters drop a lot of them) having the items needed for the emote clues in bank is handy as well as access to different teleportation jewellery, Please think before you ask a question. If you ask the right question, its much more likely you get the answer you are looking for :)
