June 8, 200719 yr Author On the topic of aquatic animals with guns, reminded me of this fish. The Archer Fish. xD cute but Tiger is better =D "The death of one man is a tragedy. The death of millions is a statistic." -Joseph Stalin <(--=\\ CHAMILITARY MAYNE //=--)>
June 8, 200719 yr Getting back to the original question. The top predator would be the Orca. It would even easily defeat any land animal. Strong, Smart and large all make the Orca a fierce opponent. The strongest predator on land would be a large grizzly bear. Its powerful blows would just crash the skulls of Tigers and Lions. The tiger would probably fair slightly better then the Lion simply because Tigers hunt bears at times. The second top predator would probably be the lion. The male lion evolved to fight other lions. Tigers envolved to hunt. In a fight the lion would have experience and evolution on its side. The lion is also more aggressive, and would probably have the backing of its pride. Crocodiles would have a chance in the water.
June 8, 200719 yr EDIT: Now that I think about it..GRIZZLY bears are the ultimate predators. They can run about as fast as a freight train for a short distance..they don't NEED camo because of their speed and strength. They can take prey from both Water or land..and it can take down almost anything else in it's habitat... It could easily cripple, injure, disable, or kill any other creature that may threaten it. It's powerful muscles can easily crush bones and tear vital organs..it is the ultimate predator.
June 9, 200719 yr I happened to catch him and Dustin Diamond arguing on the show...It was funny. Isn't that guy like an ex-SEAL or something? And Dustin Diamond threatened to smoke him....RIIIIIIIGHT. I saw a clip of your [Forbidden] movie, Dustin. Stop calling it " the monster", it is smaller than my middle finger. Literally. Yeah. I can't see why Dustin really thought he could take on Harvey! Dustin got seriously owned though. Harvey didn't even have to fight him. He verbally tore him apart.
June 9, 200719 yr A flying whale. Thats right. For the sake of critical analysis I have drawn a picture depicting the carnage a flying whale could inflict: I know, I'm scared too. Golden Sun= the best game ever made?Farming and construction are dumb. I am proud to have level 1 in both. How to write very bad guides (B3$7 3\/4R!!!!1)
June 9, 200719 yr The Orca is a freakin' amazing creature. They're so smart is pretty scary. Just saw a video of them hunting...There was a seal on top of a slb of ice, floating, and they would swim under it really fast so that it would create a wave, and the wave would run over the top of the ice slab and knock the seal off into the water...After they were done, they didn't eat the seal, they helped the seal back onto the ice slab. They were just teaching their young the manuever, they weren't actually hungry. The popularity of any given religion today depends on the victories of the wars they fought in the past. - Me!
June 9, 200719 yr Are we allowed to post links to things like youtube? There are some great tiger vs lion(depends on which video you watch), tiger vs crocodile(tons of animals kill crocs), grizzly bear vs cougar(the cougar runs it off) type videos on there.
June 9, 200719 yr I'd go with the Tiger, as far as I know it's bigger and stronger than Lions so it has to be the best big cat. Plus I was watching a nature programme where a Tiger was fighting a crocodile and defeated it easily therefore giving it an even mightier reputation. Liger... If it is real animal combat I would advice against it. I watched a tiger vs bear video today and found it quite disturbing. Quite a few of the users of this forum would probably have a mental breakdown if they see it.

Lioness though
June 9, 200719 yr Of course the footage was real. It would be pointless if it wasn't for determining the most powerful predator.
