So, when Jagex first time said they'd release a lvl 90 slay monster, I started to rush for 90. After seeing they don't drop anything good, I stopped. Now when they stated there will be a new drop, I decided to get this level. Was around 80k from 89, so not a too big deal. I cannoned what was supposed to be cannoned, killed dagannoth kings for a dagannoth task and so on.

 

 

 

This kinda slowed my farm training, but so what :P I can make hopefully enough cash to buy a phat which would go better with the farming cape than my current ones. Tomorrow I'll practice a bit how to kill db's and then just waste a bit time on other skills. Was first supposed to get this level at sunday (now got it at around 1.00 am on sa-su night) but after few good tasks I decided to do it immediately.

 

 

 

If the dark bows come next week, I'll be hunting them pretty much nonstop for few weeks. If they don't, I'll probably get few hunter levels as that is still embarrasing low. Also 80 con wouldn't be impossible. I already got enough oak planks for it but just haven't found the mood of bothering my slav...butler. After doing 100k slay xp today without cannoning, I don't really feel like training slayer anytime soon. However I wouldn't see it being impossible if I went for 95 or maybe even 99 in few years :P

I'll take it same time with 99 farm and fletch :P Might add some other levels too do that package if I seem to be able to do it. Don't have any hurry for 99 pray, I already know the feeling you get from a 99 skill (7+1 99 skills), I got the max combat level and many 99s at once will look better \

Bows will come so fast they will lower drastically...

Shame that it's the second best looking cape in my opinion.

 

First, Fishing takes the cake...but farming is very nice too!

There's enough of them, more than abbys for example. I'm more worried about the price becoming too low too fast if the bow turns out to be a failure like d2h was. I don't believe this will happen, but the only thing you can be sure about is uncertainty.

 

 

 

And the phat I'm looking for is green. I'll buy one if I manage to make enough easy cash from the bows, but if it would require a lot of too hard work (like when I worked to buy my 2nd phat) I'll just invest the millions on skills.

Good job on making the climb to 90 Slayer =D>. I was also 88 when the behind the scenes came out, but I was a bit farther from 89 than you were. I did some serious lunar slayer with a cannon to get 90. Stinks to rush to a lvl then find out it's worthless :(. I was a noob when dark beasts came out though, so it didn't affect me :P.
