DK trip 29

 

 

 

Ah Dk trip 29 already. Duo mage trip this time with Mr Sibley, first trip ever for him. And the lucky nub... :P got an axe on his 2nd ever Rex kill. And I got an axe not long after. We didn't got any good drops after that anymore. But an axe each = good loot :) Teled early because I had to eat.

DK trip 30

 

 

 

So, what does trip # 30 bring us? A 3 man trip again, with Artman00 and hoppe22 this time. And... my first ever trip using Veracs armour (no I don't count trip 1 as a real trip, it was just for testing). And I must say, I quite liked it. And as you can see in my pic I was pretty easilly able to outlast the hybrids :) My drops were extremely bad though (and you won't believe it, Artmans drops were even worse). Luckilly, hoppe seemed to have one of his extremely lucky days, getting 2 skeletal bodies, a full crystal key, a Dragon left half shield (no sharing that), a mud staff and a Dragon Axe Thanks for him I still made a nice 800k profit this trip :)

Err... yeah. Using Veracs you don't have the hassle of having to heal in time before rex spawns again. And due to the prayer bonus you don't need many super restore pots. As well that you don't risk as much when you die. But especially when you don't have enough time to do a full guthans trip (6+ super antis), using Veracs is a good way to go :) And as said, it's alot less stressfull for trips with hybrids or for dou mage/melee trips.

No, seriously, it isn't too dangerous. I'm not really scared of dieing there. And the stats of the fire cape are just too good. I would take a god cloak (prayer cape) if I had it though. But don't feel like using my money to buy one now.

 

And even if I'd die with my cape. I'm pretty sure I could get it back in one attempt. :

Yeah, though the change only really effects the mage/melee combo. Still a pity though :( and a lot of things got harder, but more realistic.

I finally got some money again :) And loads of supplies. Also bought 300 sara brews yesterday. But due to the good dk trips I still have a little over 3m left :) Going to use that for some bones. And I think I'm going to buy a god cloak after all. Seeing as the latest update made the fight caves harder, I got a bit scared of taking my fire cape to DK's.

Fight caves harder = realy no way for me to get that cape :P

 

 

 

I wasnt planning to get one soon, but why make something hard even harder?

I'm so damn bored. Last week of school. Makes me have too little time to go DK's. And if I can't Dk I get bored. And I'm too bored to do anything even more boring atm, so I can't do the 1k d bones I bought :( I hate boredom.

 

Did a game of castlewars this afternoon though. But just one, cause cw is so costly (really, there is no fun in cw if you don't ancient). Pretty easilly won the game. But got bored after that again... I really need to go to DK's soon :twisted:

DK trip 31

 

 

 

3 man trip with Housten00 and Bobinator17. They got archer on first kill, and an axe halfway through the trip. :) Pity I got no drops. But still got a clue :) and a 1.28m share... isn't bad. \
