What skill would be fastest for me to get 99 with and how.

By the way I only have 150k... so i'm not going to "buy" a skill.

If you want easiest fletching and cooking are the way to go. If you want cheapest hunter would be the way.

I want the fastest...

Then either fletching, cooking or firemaking :D

to be honest, I would go for a 99 skill when your higher level. It is a lot easier as you can easily afford it.

Fishing might be plausible, since you're level 77 already. Try monkfish or fly-fishing in shilo village for good exp.

 

 

 

Thieving could be good, use normal thieving to 61, then pyramid plunder until 99. It is the fastest thieving exp in the game, I think. You can also get the rare Pharaohs' Sceptre. You might get upwards of 10 on your way to 99 thieving... They sell for close to 1m each.

 

 

 

Since you said you didn't want to buy a skill, easier ones such as cooking, fletching, and firemaking are out.

 

 

 

Agility would talk a while, but I know some people do it. Use Ape Atoll at 72 (or whenever you stop failing).

 

 

 

You could try ranged, but it will be slow if you don't want to use chinchompas, and expensive if you do want to.

I'd say fish a lot of monks and then cook them, and see whatever of those 2 stats gets to 99 first.

 

(+you'll make some decent cash from it to level other stats; I suggest powerleveling rc to 44 or 54 at world 16 airs after that)

I say go for fishing and cooking at the same time. Fly-fishing at Shilo Village is the best way to do it.
