Did jagex ever actually say there are no horses in runescape? i was just wondering.

They said to not suggest it.

Horses that we can ride: NEVER, as said by Jagex.

can't get the pic to work :( but yeah, head on down to the cartman in brimhaven, he has a couple horses he never told anyone about. I don't think toy horses are pulling his cart either

They were probably talking about Player-Owned-Horses or horses that we can ride on.

well i'm headed to falador to check it out, i'm bored of doing barbarian assault

The horses are only mentioned in text. "The horses pull the cart".

 

Also in the RFD quest, when you get a wish from the dragon fairy, one of the options to wish for is a horse. The dragon fairy says that horses don't exsist.

They said not to suggest it.

 

We don't know if they would make Horse Riding, probably not.
