Psh, thats not true at all. Very few people have this cape. In fact, I dotn know a single person who has the cape, and almost everyone on my freinds list is 90+

same here, im almost 100 cb, yet do not have even 200 qp, 176 atm :

 

 

 

dont sweat it, plus getting all quests done, that means you need some great stats

 

 

 

btw, it is hard to get people to post on blogs. i know that personally. two blogs, both died, and less than 20 posts with over 1k views
