July 1, 200719 yr runemonkey still checks the progress just doesnt show how well your progress is compared to other players progress anymore.

July 1, 200719 yr Runemonkey.net is totally useless atm though since the dude that runs it has most of the features offline -.- You can still track your own progress. The all-time highscores are down, so nolifers can't brag too much. I still use it to track daily xp and its great.
