Warrior's guild help required.

Featured Replies

Hi I need some advice on how to efficiently go from 0 tickets to a rune defender. :D

Which metal of animated armour should I kill for warrior guilds tickets? The most common I have seen are mithril and rune.

How often and high do mithril or rune animated armours hit on me (i have 71 defence)? Would I need food to efficiently kill them?

Should I halberd them safely (I have a dragon hally) or should I just whip them? Halberding depends on the previous question and how hard and often they hit.

Does the lvl (56 and 76 I think) of the cyclopses affect the drop rate of defenders?

And finally the often-debated question: Ring of Wealth or no ring of wealth for the best chance of a defender drop?

THANKS! <3:

I kill the mithril ones, easy but a good amount of tickets, and yes, you do need food for them(not much though).

And you cant halberd them, i dont think there are any safspots.

Ring of wealth is useful though very slightly. It might save you 20-30 tickets to get rune defender.

I swear everytime i go to a F2p world (i'm a member) some noob randomly trades me full iron or somin then he keeps tradin me. Most of runescape's population is a combined IQ of 20 #-o.

Which metal of animated armour should I kill for warrior guilds tickets? The most common I have seen are mithril and rune. You should stick with either black or mithril. I prefer black because it is easy to buy from shops cheap, mithril you might find a little trouble. Addy and rune are too high level and hit high on you.

How often and high do mithril or rune animated armours hit on me (i have 71 defence)? Would I need food to efficiently kill them? Well I'm 67 defense and their maxium hit is a 7, so you shouldn't really have to eat too much food. Remember there are cheap cheese potatoes in the guild that heal 12(I think).

Should I halberd them safely (I have a dragon hally) or should I just whip them? Halberding depends on the previous question and how hard and often they hit. Hallies are slower, but yes you can hally them. I would prefer whipping them though, as I said earlier the food is cheap and always seems to be in stock. In the armor generator you can hide behind one of the four corners and hally the armor safely.

Does the lvl (56 and 76 I think) of the cyclopses affect the drop rate of defenders? No I think their drop rates are both the same. I've always seen people go after the lower leveled ones alot more, so I can only assume the drop rates are the same.

And finally the often-debated question: Ring of Wealth or no ring of wealth for the best chance of a defender drop? Ring of wealth helps only slightly with tokens, but I don't think it helps with defender drops. They're very random, so the ring of wealth wouldn't have much effect anyway.

By popular demand, this signature is back- however I currently do not have a blog up at the moment and if I did I wouldn't update it. Sorry, the sig links to nowhere :( .

there are potato with cheese on the food store there, cheap and good food

(10gpea, 10 in stock, heals 16), that is the key thing to keep you stay forever in there

buy a whip. wear ur best armor.

buy 2-3 sets of rune helm, rune plate and leg (no need for kite)

and many food (u can buy potato there but few amount)

and happy killing.

you can take some att and str potions. bank right there.

runes are easy! i always kill them!

i was only lv80 or something

70 def.

the problem of rune is, you do need many many many food

for mithril, the stock amount of potato with cheese is good enough to stay for a while

There's a small guide in the player-made sections about hallying animated armour. It's possible.

Thanks for the replies..

You CAN halberd them. After the armor is animated run over to the side of the machine, the armor will get stuck and you are free to kill it at your own pace.

I would recommend whipping them since theres plenty of food nearby though.

Ring Of Wealth gives you a downside during killing cyclops. It increases the rate of valuable drops, and since defenders arent tradeable, they have no value. Making them drop not as much. I would kill the Adamant ones. With 78 defence there, you can't go wrong.

Yeah, the question is whether Ring of Wealth aids in an increase of drops with a higher shop value or a higher rarity value...

Mith is good.

And yes, you can halberd them, use the animating machines

i don̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâôt think the level affects the drop rate

For bronze to steel don̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâôt use ring, for mith and higher do use ring
