The_Zobel
[pokemama edit 9/19: this post is being retained due to conflicting responses from customer service - see another post below for opposite response.] Pickpocketing You might want to add that that higher your weight when pickpocketing the lower your chance of sucess is. I got a reply from Jagex about this and my friends and I did a little experimenting and sure enough it is true. Here is the reply from Jagex: From: Jagex Subject: Re: Your Recent Support Query Date: 04 Oct 2005 21:30 Dear The Zobel, Thank you for your message, If you are wearing heavy armour, it appears that you are less successful in pickpocketing when compared to lighter equipment, however, wearing gloves does not appear to affect the success rate of pickpocketing. I hope this helps, and happy thieving :) Sincerely, Mod Peter M RuneScape Customer Support *********************************** On 1st October 2005 you sent us the following: Hi! I've been doing alot of thieving lately and I've noticed quite a few people saying that wearing gloves lowers your chance of sucessfully pickpocketing an NPC. So I was wondering, is this true? *********************************** [pokemama edit 7/10/2006: ironically, another member received the exact opposite response from customer service and posted it below. Go figure.]
Swainy
[pokemama edit 9/19: this post is being retained due to conflicting responses from customer service - see other post above for opposite response.] Pickpocketing You might want to add that that higher your weight when pickpocketing the lower your chance of sucess is. I got a reply from Jagex about this and my friends and I did a little experimenting and sure enough it is true. This is strange because when i queried on this quite some time back i was told that weight or armour doesnt affect pickpocketing. Seems that mods are creating confusion among the players. From: Jagex Subject: Re: Your Recent Support Query Date: 18 Aug 2005 15:15 Dear Swainy5, Thanks for the message. This shouldn't have any effect on your pick pocketing. Sincerely, Mod Simon P RuneScape Customer Support *********************************** On 18th August 2005 you sent us the following: I'd like to know if wearing armour or having a high weight amount affects the chances of being caught while pickpocketing. Just to clear something up, thanks. *********************************** [pokemama edit 7/10: wow, thanks for posting this. Jagex Customer Support has something of a history of contradictory responses, unfortunately. I guess "the world will never know."]

Dragontotem
Sorry for the lack of info i have but: The new minigame has four (4) "levels". First: Sorceress's garden minigame - Winter Al-Kharid region. Level required: 1 Second: Sorceress's garden minigame - Spring Al-Kharid region. Level required: 25 Third: Sorceress's garden minigame - Autumn Al-Kharid region. Level required: 45 Fourth: Sorceress's garden minigame - Summer Al-Kharid region. Level required: 65 [Only thing i know so far is the following] At winter thing, you need to collect squirts (new fruit, dunno what it's actually called, sorry). for 1 glass of juice/drink, you will need 5 fruits. When you have a glass of drink, go give it to Osman and he will reward you with amount of exp 350. -------------Upper part is only for winter drinks----------- I think [again] that for all kind of glasses you need 5 fruits.. Some people has been talking that they are not using winter part of this minigame, and as reward they are getting some herbs. Trying to find out if this is true Yet again, sorry for the lack of info, hope this is any help =/ [inferno_char edit: The crew are working on a new guide now, if you happen to get anymore xp values it is much appreciated.] [/url]">[4Th in Finland to achieve 99 mining. 3Rd of June 2007]Pixels make me horny. Wachtwoord
A very little mistake here. The guide says thieving knights gives 84,5 xp while the calculator says 84,3. My owned researched prooved the calculator right (it is 84,3 xp each knight). I also have a tip; when pickpocketing something you have to click right first, it's way more comfortable to put the mouse on 1 button instead of two. I get less RSI-ish problems and it's faster too! [pokemama 1 Jul: thanks for the xp correction - fixed!] When everything's been said and done, more has been said than done. All skills 80+
m1cha34l
Some of the pictures on the guide were slightly different to the rest. They did the job but I am sure somne replacements may be more aestheticly pleasing. Here is one of them that I have meerly edited, romoving the background. I will need a bit of time to finish the others. Edit: I wonder why the background has become white? I set it as transparent. Edit again: The host seems to have turned it into a jpeg. I will find an alternative host shortly.
