Wrote a simple tutorial of how im ALMOST sure oyu do the "vectors"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

~Materials Needed~

 

 

 

1. Flash 5/MX

 

 

 

2. A clean image

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

~Steps~

 

 

 

1. Open up Flash 5/MX

 

 

 

2. Go to File>Import and open your file

 

 

 

3. Go to Modify>Trace Bitmap

 

 

 

4. Keep the Color Threshold at 100 and change the Minimum Area to 1 Pixel (You can mess around with this for different effects if you would like)

 

 

 

5. Your image is now ready to be used. Go to File>Export and export the image as whatever extension you need.
