Defender2516
Hey everyone, I been thinking lately. Runescape has a TON of updates. Every week or two something new to try is updated into the game. So, it appears that so much stuff has been added, its impossible to do everything even in a month. I was thinking how you know they got the 1 year bible? What if we did that with Runescape? Each day/week you would do this quest, all leading up to finishing all the quests in the game? Wanted feedback from you guys. ~Defender~ If you love me, send me a PM. 8 - Love me2 - Hate me
cowmasta13
To be blunt, what the hell are you talking about. I read your post at least 4 times, and I still have no idea what you're getting at.

cowmasta13
Good, I thought I was just having a 'durk-i-dur' moment.
n64jive
I might be spamming, but I also do not understand what you mean? My guesses are that you mean for one year we would have a quest a week and as soon as you finished all the quest, you would be done with quest? If that is what you mean, um...no. Dumb I'm not going to add anymore because i'm sure that is not what you mean..but just what i understood. Good, I thought I was just having a 'durk-i-dur' moment. ...It's De, followed by De, Followed by De. Edit: now that We know your idea, it's dumb. Let people play at there own pace. Defender2516
Meh.. Basically people have this thing set up for the Bible, because its alot ot read, that you can read it in a year by doing chapter by chapter per day, ect. I was figuring since Runescape has so many updates, we could make a log in where you could do certain quests each day, finishing them all within a years time. ~Defender~ If you love me, send me a PM. 8 - Love me2 - Hate me
rareghoul1
or we could just let people do it how they want to. sorry, but it's a pretty bad idea.
cowmasta13
Nope, still a stupid idea, sorry. The thing I like about Runescape is it's flexibility. I like being able to pick up and drop things I'm doing with my mood, so I'm never 'stuck in a rut'. Only being able to do certain things on certain days would ruin this game even more than macros and noobs do.

Sharane
I understood him. He was referring to the types of Bibles which have a daily story (365 in all), and once Runescape hits that number one would eventually entail their adventures in this way. I myself had the idea to make humourous 4-panel silent comics for every quest in Runescape, each being progressive... But that'll take considerable work and most people would criticise its intended comedic double meanings (all the quests prior to Runescape 2 depicts the character in midget form). "300 programmers make their futile but glorious last stand against 1000000 angry players in The battle of Misthalin. They fight for honor, glory and new content sacrificing themselves so that their game may live on. This is Madness! This Is JAGEEEX!"
Torlen
You should really clarify a bit more... I had to read others posts just to understand what you were trying to say, and I'm still a little shaky. On topic, from what I understand, it sounds dumb. If Jagex were to implement this than after the last quest that would be it right? How would they attract new members then? I don't think I 100% understand.
Fredz
I think this is a pretty nice thought. Too bad it looks like most people here don't seem to grasp the concept. But I do have a question. Are you going to try and write this guide/thing or are you hoping that by the responses you get here it will do itself. Because judging by your current spam responses that wont happen anytime soon. As a starter I assume you could do this "area by area" thing. First do Lumbridge (week 1 or something) then move on to the next area. 21 lag piles, 4 Pjs, 2 Party hat kills, 67 newbs teached. As a starter I assume you could do this "area by area" thing. First do Lumbridge (week 1 or something) then move on to the next area. can't do that. too many quests require that you do a quest in a completely different area. we do get the concept, it's not a good one. and who has all the stats for every quest yet hasn't done a single one? pretty much nobody. everyone except pures have done a quest, it's natural for new players to do quests to gain experience and get money. so basically, the guide would only appeal to an experienced player who's never done a quest. which is nobody.
