July 19, 200719 yr the new sets look sexy, too bad that the mage set bonus is completely useless. I was splashing fire waves off my friend who was wearing no armor at all like mad, then he put on some dragonhide and I never hit him again. The 30% accuracy bonus just isn't enough to offset the fact that the armor has no magic bonus in itself.

July 19, 200719 yr Wow, I didn't even know they had new void knight helms! Time to get pc points ;) . I'm curious though, what are the stats of all three helms? July 19, 200719 yr Yes, the Ranged helm is the only one worth using. You sacrifice too much defense with melee, and Magic is just....Pathetic. Seeing as the robes are magical robes, they should definately give a magic attack bonus -_-'
July 19, 200719 yr Well, I have a feeling that CW may be on the list for updates... We can only cross our fingers. I would've never guessed that they'd fix PC, so it's entirely possible that they will fix CW. I hope for four things: 1) Flags go back to their base when dropped. 2) A level separation system similar to PC. A game with all 100+ against each other is far more fair and more fun than a game with two level 126s and a bunch of level 60s. 3) HELMS. I think they should make it where you have to purchase a special item for 1000 CW tickets, which when worn in your amulet spot enables you to use a helmet. This would make it balanced, as you would sacrifice quite a bit of offense and defense (with a fury) but be able to use Barrow effects. 4) Stat boost on CW armor. 'Nuff said. Erm, sorry for getting off on that tangent. I just thought it was appropriate to mention the possibility of them updating CW, as they updated PC. It's been one of the most frequently ranted about issues, along with PC, so if Jagex's current streak of trying to appease the Customers proves true, CW should be fairly high on the list of priorities. If they touch castle wars I may have to quit. Oh, leave CW out of this. There's nothing wrong with cwars now, don't fix something that isn't broken. I will be very angry if jagex messes with cwars. July 20, 200719 yr I thought the mage would be only one worth getting, wouldnt 30% accuracy make up for the loss of ahrims, 3a mage hat, and barrows gloves? How much range accuracy do you lose when you use it. I think Ill get all anyway (maxing out free costume room stuff \ )

I think Ill get all anyway (maxing out free costume room stuff \ ) the 3rd age mage ammy, and infinity boots seer ring master wand and mages book and god cape. all that is best. and im sure it probably wont make up for it. you need to wear chest legs hat and gloves for this, so barrows gloves = out of the question. the loss of ranged +attack, is nearly 80(ish) im not certain.

July 20, 200719 yr Ranged is seriously overpowered, now. Theoretically, you can one hit someone with a max dark bow spec, now, can't you?
July 20, 200719 yr Author lol i watched that video and found it lame the guy could not ko him, until the end then he got pjed and i laughed. poor quality of youtube tho... i wish those hits were clear what they were, some times i was like 11? or 17? anyway who cares. ranged HAS come a long way since the debut of the higher level wood and metal crossbows. glad to see it. ill be getting a ranged lvl in my void set here tonight i believe. or ill be working on it, if your at all curious drop by fire giants in the waterfall w99 maybe you will see me.
