F2P RUnecrafting/ Addy Ores

Okay for starters im f2p with two questions:

1. Which f2p altar is closest to a bank? Which one gives the best xp per hour (excluding runners.) So for example even though the body altar is a tiny bit farther away then air maybe does it give better xp per hour because of the xp per rune.

2. Which f2p area in the non wildy has the most addy ores/ in relation to a bank and which one with at least 2 addy ores is the least crowded besides Crandor.

Sorry that these are complex questions but if anyone has a reply I would love to hear it.

1) World 16, get runners and pay them air runes and you'll get fast xp or solo air runes, it's pretty close to a bank.

2) Addy ores are in the Falador underground mining (3 of them) also in lumbridge swamps you can home teleport- run upstairs to bank and then run to lumbridge swamps through graveyard (1 minute run)

(There are 2 addy ores there but you can turn chat offline and switch worlds to mine a full inventory)

yeah air alter is definitly closer, and the xp per rune isnt enough to make a real differance, and air runes are pretty much the only elemental rune you can sell for a good price. and in lumby swamp, draynor bank is actually closer, or in the minining guild i think there are some.

OF course that mother is badly crazy,

but I dont understand why the 22 year old girl wants to live with and have sex with the 13 year boy, just because he is lvl 126 or something?

1. I already decided against runners as my rc level isn't high enough to make money, and I don't really care if the sell because I can use them for magic levels 2 I guess my main question is does the more xp from body runes make up for them being further from the bank then air runes.

Which would you say is more crowded then: Lumby swamp or fally mines?

Ok. Making duplicates of the runes does not help. You will still get the same xp for making 28 air runes or 140. I would say the body altar is the best for runecrafting exp, but not money.

As for adamant ores, The best would be the wilderness, but seeing how you don't want to go there, I would say probably the Lumbridge Swamp mine or the Dwarven mine. But, one spot that is really not that well known is the Edgeville mine.

To be honest the best place to get addy ore is Edgeville dungeon. There is two spawns with 6 coal around it. Just continue world hopping until a full load and rune to either Edge bank or Varrock West (you need key). It's usually empty most of the time. Trust me.. it's the best f2p spot for addy.

Quit RuneScape :)

If your going to use the runes for magic anyways just use the air altar since it is really close and you can get more duplicates since airs are so low of a level... and airs are used in pretty much all combat spells. :P

IS this the mine with tons of hobgoblins/ hill giants and aren't the addy ores fairly fair apart from each other or am I mistaken?

If you're willing to spend the money, bring Nature runes and a Staff of Fire to Superheat your Adamantite ore and Coal directly to a bar so that you're not wasting a lot of time banking. Mithril takes a while to respawn and Adamantite takes significantly longer than Mithril. Do you really want the "other guy" to get a Adamantite ore while you're away banking? Of course not!

I got that pretty much covered: I am just looking for something to do while I am high-alching, so I thought I could mine addy/ mith ores. Right now lumby swamp looks the best and I can't decide between body runes or airs.

Hmm Im going to tell you to make airs. Airs are used in combat magic spells. If I was you I would use combat spells for hp exp along with magic exp.

For Example, The spell Wind Blast...Requires 3 Airs and 1 Death and is the highest spell in f2p that uses just Airs and another Rune. It is fairly decent exp and since you will make airs you wont need to buy them. You will only have to buy deaths which arnt to hard to get.

As for addy and mith....I use fally mines. They are not to crowded in f2p worlds with not alot of ppl. I just world hop after I get the ores I want. I have used Lummy swamp mine and it is fairly good. I would only Superheat ores down there tho b/c it is a good distance from a bank.

runecrafting

without runners, earths are the fastest exp for f2p, followed close by bodies. if you do a combination of these two you can train magic by failing curses with a water staff.

mining addy

1. hobogoblin mine in the wild is best

2. dwarven mine is the only place with 3 addy rocks outside the wild, but is often crowded.

3. the mine in the edgeville dungeon has 2 addy rocks and a mithril and 6 coal. a good place to superheat addy and mith bars. not cworded but need decent combat(about 50-60) for the skeletons.

4. lumbridge swamp has 2 addy and more than 1 mith and 7 coal. another good place to superheat. more crowded than edgeville.

5. chasm mine near al karid has 2 addy ore near the 3 iron ore. a good place to powermine iron and pick up addy on the side.

6. candor isle has 3 addy rocks but to mine them you have to run all the way around the island. really far from bank, almost never mined.
