Bones to Peaches?

Featured Replies

Is it worth getting this spell? Secondly, does the number of peaches you get vary depending on the bone? Thirdly, how long is it likely to take to get this spell? And Fourthly, how many runes is it likely to take to get this spell?

Yes it's really worth getting the spell espicaly(sp?) if you're killing Dust Devils. When you cast Bones to Peaches you will get the same amount of peaches(which heal 8). The last two questions I have no answer for...

Should take no more then 6 hours. If you have 1 bone you get one peach, if you have 2 bones you get 2 peaches. The runes are shown in your spell book, then just multiply how many more points to go for each type, and the calculations should be rather easy.

Secondly, does the number of peaches you get vary depending on the bone?

No, because sadly BTP only works on normal bones. No big, dragon, wolf, bat or other special bones can be converted.

somewhere around 600 laws, 200 cosmics and 1400 nats. Rough estimations. The cosmic can go as low as 133, depending on the spell used. Definately buy a mud staff for d-stone enchant and bones to bananas to use in the appropriate areas.

peaches are the (only) food that heals 10+ but have no protect value...

thats pretty handy when you are going to wild with clue and dont want to lose the clue and chart or you are messing around with party hat on

Peaches heal 8, not 10+

Ahhh right, that half discourages me from getting the spell. Thanks for all the answers guys! I might go for it, just for the sake of having it. I dunno whether it'll be worth investing in a mud staff or not though...

YOu should get a mud/lava staff anyways. I'm poor, so I'm going to get 1 more slayer level and kill infernal mages for my lava staff. What's the poor man's source for mud staffs?

I got a lava staff the other day at a party, my problem is the same as yours for the mud staff, a bit more than I'm willing to put out, I have lots of waters and earths in my bank atm anyway, and I hardly use them.
