August 3, 200718 yr Stone - for showoff only. Vague promise by Jagex of having some unknown bonus added an unspecified time into the future, which doesn't sound convincing to me at all to buy one. Zerker & Warrior - improve your strength and attack respectively I'd say you'd want one of the above -only- when fighting monsters that give no or next to no loot (or at least nothing you'd bother picking up), AND you either fight in a safe minigame or there is absolutely no chance the monsters will be able to kill you (and by "able", I mean that if you lag for 60 secs, getting constantly pounded by the monster, and without eating any food, you'd be pretty sure you wouldn't die. Think ESPECIALLY hard if you fight in multicombat - things can go out of hand VERY quickly if you lag. Some slayer monsters go to this category, as does Pest Control / Barbarian Assault / other safe combat minigames. For majority of fights, that involve either -any- level of danger or -any- loot that you'd bother picking, go with either a ring of life or ring of wealth. Both end up paying much more than the advantage you'd get with zerker/warrior rings. Ring of life is especially used for blanket cases. ALWAYS wear one UNLESS you have a good reason to wear a different one. This includes not just fights but skill training, merchanting, quests, and any other activity in RS. Reason is - you can always get lagged, can always get a bad random (I heard Sandwich lady teleing people to wildy), and always have some other bad turn of events. Ring of life offers a chance of surviving, which includes your max hp, max enemy hit, and a bunch of other random variables. Overall, for a 70hp char, your chances range from 40% survival (attack by DDS spec from an expert PKer), to over 95% (most random events). The total overall average would be around 90%, which is a very, very good chance of survival. Live free or die. First option is exhausted, so guess what remains?

Eventhough i do have a ring of stone it's just a game so i decided to hang out in cw as a rock. They are NOT worth it. August 4, 200718 yr Actually, the ring of stone will conceal you until someone mouses over you in that place that blacks out your minimap. I can't remember where it was... so it's probably not very popular or part of the quest and you might not see anyone for hours, but when you do, they'll be surprised. You could also stand in the minining guild(which is much less crowded in members' worlds). Ooh they'll be so confused, and words that they type will totally be worth 4,000,000 gp. August 4, 200718 yr I say both rings are totally worth it. On my noob account I use warrior ring since im keeping my attack low. On my main I do all my training and pking with zerker ring, you really see it while training... and when I am pking and start hitting 44's and 45's it really helps :P
August 4, 200718 yr From my experiences of owning both the warrior and berserker ring, i say, if you only plan on using mainly whip/dscimmy or any other weapon that slashes, use the warrior ring for the slash bonus. If you plan on using other armor like Dh, Veracs, Guthans, ect. get the berserker ring for the str bonus. In my case, I hit roughly the same with my whip with both rings, so clearly, in my case, both rings worked the same with the whip...but thats just me. edit~ to answer your question of which ring is the best, it all depends on the environment^^^ ~HOORAY FOR BEING MUTED!~
August 4, 200718 yr I had both zerker and warrior, ended up selling the warriors because it didnt seem to help much. Zerker on the other hand increased my max hit by 1. I also had a ring of stone at one time.. Being a rock isnt that fun when they can still see you on the mini map. 99 Crafting acheived 31/01/0899 Strength acheived 17/12/07
