Problem is, I did not get rockcakes during the RFD quest, so do not have any idea of how to lower my hp accurately enough to achieve this. Anyone have any ideas?

August 7, 200718 yr put of armor and walk around at red spiders, they hit 3 , so keep hp above 4 , and afterwards u can go look max hit at lessers. unforunately, i guess ur max hit will be higher then their hp. Drops : 3x zammy spear, 3x g maul, 1x d platelegs

It just goes to show that, though there's an age requirement, there's no IQ requirement to play RS.Wait, my friend said he got a keylogger and lyke he coudln't type, so I assumed it messed up his hands?
August 7, 200718 yr you could pickpocket to lower your hp, and use dwarven rock cakes to lower your hp
August 8, 200718 yr Author Unfrotunately for all the monster ones I will be at shades in mort'ton so cannot use them. The nitrogylerin hits 35, and unidentified liquid 25, so thats not accurate enough to keep my hp at 1. The rock cakes from ogre city - can only have one at a time (or so I am told). One solution I thought of was using deadly nightshade, or belladonna as I believe it is called now, and drinking anti after it has dealt enough damage. Can't really think of any others, which is why I am asking.
August 8, 200718 yr Nope, there's the night shade (which you can get from cave in watch tower quest), rock cakes, the explosive liquid, poison chalices (not accurate at all and mostly heal you), and using bugs in dark caves to do the job. Cowards can't block Warriors.
