Probably a rune skimmy. the d skimmy can't be beat for str training.

I really wouldn't have any idea. I used a d scimmy to train to 80 str and thats where my str will stay for a long time.

 

 

 

But IMO, I'm thinking maybe a dragon long will be the best str xp. I don't think its that much slower than a scimmy and it has a spec to speed training up.

I think that after the d scimmy , the dragon long is the best for training str.

Full dhs at 15- hp on ape atoll if you can afford.

obby sword with berserker necklace is by far the fastest if you train on something with low defense. The necklace costs about 4m though.

definitely dh with low hits at ape atoll. scimmy and long are both good though.

Anchor is pretty good, but I suppose you havn't done the quest for that. So d long would be ok I guess.
