I was told it would take a while since the max amount of xp you can get on willows an hour is 50k(not sure if this is true). You can get up to 70k/h at teaks and those are 85xp per. They are about as fast as willows, so I'd say max with willows are 56k/h. Good Luck, even though I think your goals are too high.
